Jireh Triers is a group of people who meet every Wednesday at 5.30 and either run, cycle or swim in a friendly ‘go at your own pace’ environment. It doesn’t matter if you can last for 10 minutes or an hour, if you’d like to join us you’d be very welcome. If you have young children, then bring them along. There are activities and refreshments for the children who will be looked after whilst you’re out exercising. It’s a great way to meet new friends and get fit.
